We are offering our Wine Club Members first option to buy tickets to this event. After April 15 tickets will be released to the public.
You will enjoy 6 gourmet appetizers paired with Hartland wine (Don't let the word appetizers scare you. We've tried them all and you won't go away hungry). Cost is $39.95 per person and limited to 40 people.
About Chef Eric
Chef Eric Braun has Masters Degree in food service and has pursued a lifelong passion for food. He developed his culinary skills by working with four classically trained executive chefs as well as classically trained french Maitre D's. Chef Eric has had the privilege of serving meals to sports legends such as Mickey Mantle, Brad Mille, Donald Brown of the Colts; entertainers such as Tim Conway and Pat Harrington; politicians including Congressman Lee Hamilton and Senator Orin Hatch. He has also had the pleasure of serving several CEO's of major international corporations. He considers his finest achievement in his life to be the raising of his son into adulthood. A proud father, devoted husband, family man and passionate beyond belief about food best describes Chef Eric.
